What you agree to when you buy or use a Nomad app, and what we promise back.
Who you're buying from
These terms are between you and OneNomad LLC, which makes the Nomad apps and runs this site. Orders are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt and pays out refunds, under its buyer terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Your license
A license lets one person use the app on every computer they use, on Linux, macOS and Windows. It includes every version we release in the year after you buy, and those versions keep working with no end date. Buying another year adds another year of new versions. Nothing renews by itself.
Keep your license to yourself
Don't share, sell or post your license, and don't get around the license check. A license that's been posted publicly, refunded or charged back goes on a list built into later versions, and those versions won't accept it.
The trial version
The free trial is for trying an app before you buy it. Its limits are shown in the app.
Your work
What you make with the apps is yours. The apps never send your files to us.
Update checks
The apps check for updates unless you turn the check off in Settings. The privacy page lists what the check sends.
No warranty
The apps are provided as they are. We work to keep them reliable, but we can't promise they're free of bugs or right for every job, so keep backups of work that matters.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, OneNomad LLC isn't liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages from using the apps, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for your license. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after the change. Your license stays under the terms you bought it under.
