Refunds
If an app isn't right for you, you can have your money back within 30 days of buying it.
How long you have
30 days from the day you bought, for any reason. Another year of updates is its own purchase with its own 30 days.
How to ask
Write to hello@onenomad.studio from the email address you bought with, or include your license number. You don't need to give a reason.
How you're paid back
Paddle, our reseller, returns the money to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.
What happens to your license
A refunded license goes on a list built into every version we release after the refund, and those versions won't accept it.
Phone and tablet apps
Apps bought in the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google, under their rules.
