  hello@onenomad.studio reaches me, the one person behind OneNomad. Say whether you're on the desktop or the iPad, and attach the debug log if Pixel offered one. I answer within a few business days.

• Debug log

  On the desktop, turn on Preferences, General, Debug logging, then do what went wrong again. The log is saved on your computer, and nothing is sent until you attach it to an email.

• Restoring a purchase on iPad

  If you unlocked Pixel on one iPad or Mac and it shows as locked on another signed in to the same Apple account, open the purchase sheet in the app and choose Restore purchases.

• Refunds

  itch.io refunds itch.io purchases and Apple refunds App Store purchases, each under its own policy. How to ask for a refund.

• Bugs and requests

  Email works for both. The roadmap shows what's planned.
